How to order?

1. Simply click onto the button “add to cart" and the product will be placed in your Shopping Cart.

1.1. If you require to add more productс repeat same action.

1.2. To view your Cart click to My Cart icon in the upper right corner. To continue with your purchase click on “Go to Checkout” button in My Cart section.

2. In the Shipping sectionenter data for the delivery in the suggested fields: Email address, First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, Zip/Postal Code, Country, Phone Number.

2.1. To chose options form the delivery service enter the suggested fields in courier RAPIDO section. As you write suggested inputs will be available. Upon your choice click “Next” button. You will be directed to “Review and Payments” section.

3. In the “Review and Payments” section choose you payment method. You can chose form two options:

Cash on delivery
Bank transfer payment

3.1. You can apply Discount Code if you have got one form CUCLO™.

3.2. When you are happy with your order click on the “Place Order” button.

3.3. If you need to edit your order you can go backwards and forewards between “Shipping” and “Review and Paymentssections.

4. You need to confirm your consent with the Terms and Conditions of the site.

5. On hitting the button “Place Order” your order number will be displayed. If for any reason no order number is displayed you haven’t placed your order successfully.

IMPORTANT! There is no need to confirm your order in any other way – via telephone call or email. Once you have got your order number you are able to see your order in your profile. CUCLO™ doesn’t confirm received order neither.

6. Check up your email for an automated confirmation letter for your order. The confirmation letter contains all information about your order. This is a confirmation that we have received you order and it will be proceeded in due time.

Do I have to be a registered customer to make an order?

You don`t have to be a registered customer to make an order. As a registered customer, however, you can get access to more functionality and keep you orders record at hand.

Can I order via telephone call?

No orders can be placed via telephone call. Orders are proceeded if placed via the eshop.

How much does delivery cost?

For orders below BGN 80 the delivery rates are based on courier prices and the selected services.

FREE delivery is available for orders over BGN 80.

Can I order shipping outside Bulgaria?

No worldwide shipping is available from this site. For International Shipping place orders with cuclo.com/world eshop.

When do I have to pick up my order at the courier office?

You have 7 days to pick up your order at the assigned office of the courier.

Can I chose Shipping Address other than my Billing Address?

Yes, the option is available in Shipping Section.

How do I pay for my order?

Upon your choice, your order is to be payed:

Cash on Delivery;
Bank Transfer;

What is your returns & refunds policy?

Customer satisfaction is our priority, we’ll refund a product or order if you’re not completely satisfied with it, subject to our Refunds and Returns Policy as detailed below.

This policy is also detailed in the Terms for Business Customers or Personal Customers when you shop with us.

You may choose to return a Product for any reason provided that:

You notify us by sending a query online of your desire to return the Product within 14 days of receipt and

the Product is in resalable condition - it needs to still be in its original unopened packaging unmarked.

If the terms of condition listed above apply then we will contact you with a returns number and we will arrange for bank transfer.

Once the Products are back at our warehouse and we have had an opportunity to inspect them to check that they are in resalable conditions we will then process the refund if you have a credit account with us.

The refund will be in respect of the price of the Product, this will be as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of us receiving the Product in our warehouse.

We are unable to refund the original delivery charge of the returned product.

Return delivery charge is payed by the consumer.
